Rwanda to host African Securities Exchange meet, over 300 global capital markets experts expected

“The meeting will bring together member exchanges from all over Africa, as well as international partners to share experiences and chart a way forward on how to respond to the diverse financing needs that African economies face, ”

Rwanda is set to host the 20th African Securities Exchange Association (ASEA) in November, Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) officials have said.

Over 300 global and regional capital markets experts, regulators, law firms and issuers, as well as domestic, regional and international investors, and rating agencies amongst other players are expected to be in attendance of the event.

“The meeting will bring together member exchanges from all over Africa, as well as international partners to share experiences and chart a way forward on how to respond to the diverse financing needs that African economies face, ” Celestin Rwabukumba, the RSE chief executive officer, said on Monday.

The three-day event, scheduled for November 27-29 in Kigali,
